Hoarding Case Rescue in Puerto Rico

Seven days post Hurricane Maria, our team stumbled upon this animal crisis. Founder of Compassion Kind, Aja Estro, heard a dog cry as her team was dropping off supplies to families affected by the hurricane. What she found was devastating. Animals caged in small chicken crates, no food or water, mange and fleas, wounds and scars.
